At TMB Modular Bottle, we stand behind the durability and versatility of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused modular bottle system within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your TMB bottle and any modular accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included and unused.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the modular components, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
